Looking for a Nanny for 3-year-old SEN girl (profoundly deaf and speech/language delayed) 2 afternoons a week (Wednesday and Thursday).

She’s a lovely, cheerful, bubbly little girl and plays age appropriately. She was diagnosed as deaf late hence the very delayed language.

Looking for someone proactive who is willing to work with mum to learn a few speech therapy techniques to implement these into play with her (no SEN experience needed).

She uses BSL but understands English so signing experience is preferable but not essential.

Unusual part of the request is that once she is settled, they would like to find someone who would be willing to drive to St Albans to collect her from her deaf nursery at 3.30 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
They would love someone who would be open to holiday full day care a couple of days a week too.
