Identity documents required
Please ensure you have all your information to hand (e.g. National Insurance Number, addresses history for the past 5 years) to complete the form.
You must be able to provide:
• 1 document from Group 1 (see list below)
• 2 documents from Group 1, 2a or 2b (see list below)
If you are a non-UK national you must also provide proof of your right to work in the UK. Only original, paper documents are accepted (home printed documents, screenshots, photocopies and downloads will be declined and cause delays to your application).
We will attempt to check your documents online as part of your application. If you are unable to pass online identity checks you will be required to go to the Post Office to have your identity checked in person (please contact the Post Office directly for pricing as this is not included in our fee).
