In order to find your perfect nanny, we need to fully understand your family’s needs. As every family is different we take time to identify what is important to you. We then select nannies who we believe are best matched and interested in the position (all of whom are screened, personally interviewed and had documents and references checked by us) and send you their CV’s. We set up interviews and trial days at your request. Following the placement of a nanny we provide a follow up service to ensure that you and the nanny are happy, during which time we will be on hand for support should you need to contact us.
The following table shows our fees, payable once the nanny has had their position confirmed. This is a one off charge based on the number of hours your nanny will work per week and whether your nanny is temporary, permanent or filling in as an emergency.
In very rare circumstances the relationship with your permanent nanny may not work and should this be the case we are happy to replace the nanny (details can be found in our terms and conditions).
We are confident we offer excellent value for money but we will always price match other agencies if you manage to find a cheaper option elsewhere.
Please note there is a 15% surcharge on the listed fees for placements within the M25.
