We have a selection of gift vouchers that are very popular and make great presents for any parent. All childcarers provided are fully vetted, experienced and qualified. Any additions (e.g. London surcharge, extra hours, etc) will be charged on redemption. If you don't see the voucher you would like please ask as we can supply bespoke vouchers on request.

Monetary value voucher
Vouchers value can be used in full or part payment for any of our services. The cost of the voucher will equal its value.
Terms and conditions
Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Email vouchers. Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.
Postal vouchers. There is an additional charge of £3.50 for vouchers that are posted and this will be added to the amount due at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.
Voucher redemption. Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone, by email or in person only. There is no option for online redemption. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher and can also be found on our website.
Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the service.
Monetary vouchers. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of any of our services. If the total cost exceeds the amount of the gift certificate the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of purchase.
Service vouchers. Service vouchers can only be redeemed against the specific service for which they were purchased.
Service availability. Little Beans Nanny Agency does not guarantee that requested dates will be available but will always try to accommodate requests as best as possible. Services are only confirmed once booked so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded unless accompanied by proof of purchase.
Cancellation. In the unlikely event that a service needs to be cancelled by Little Beans Nanny Agency, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a service is cancelled by a voucher holder no refund shall be given but in exceptional circumstances it may be possible to rebook for an alternative date at the discretion of the agency.
Evening babysit vouchers are valid for the full cost of an evening babysit (any 3 hours between 7pm-midnight) including agency fees and the sitter’s pay up to a maximum of 3 hours. Additional hours may be booked at a rate of £10 per hour before midnight and £11 per hour after midnight. If the parents are late returning home then the parents will need to pay the babysitter at the same rate for all hours or part hours the sitter is required.
Daytime nanny vouchers are valid for the full cost of a 1 day temp nanny (any 8 hours between 7.30am and 7pm weekdays). Any additional hours must be booked at a rate of £12 per hour and if for any reason the parents return late, the nanny must be paid at a rate of £12 per hour for any hours or part hours she is required to stay.
Validity. The vouchers are not valid on Valentine’s Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Easter Day or bank holidays. All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will cover a maximum of 3 children. The services are to be used within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We may be able to cover other areas but this is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
